1. 개요

agentkim은 운영자 본인만 사용하는 개인용 도구이며, 일반 사용자에게 서비스를 제공하지 않습니다.

2. 접근하는 데이터

사용자가 OAuth로 명시적으로 허용한 경우에 한해 다음 Google 데이터에 접근합니다: Gmail(메일 조회·분류·작성·발송·라벨), Google Drive(파일 조회·검색·생성), Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets.

3. 이용 목적

접근한 데이터는 운영자 본인의 메일·문서 정리, 요약, 검색, 문서 작성을 위해서만 사용됩니다. 광고, 판매, 프로파일링 목적으로 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 저장 및 공유

OAuth 토큰과 처리 결과는 운영자가 관리하는 서버에만 저장되며 제3자에게 판매·공유·이전하지 않습니다. 요약·분류 처리 시 해당 텍스트가 AI 모델 API(Anthropic, OpenAI 등)로 전송될 수 있으며, 이는 처리 목적에 한정됩니다.

5. Google API Services User Data Policy

agentkim의 Google API 수신 정보 사용 및 이전은 Limited Use 요구사항을 포함한 Google API Services User Data Policy를 준수합니다.

6. 접근 철회

언제든지 Google 계정 > 타사 앱 액세스에서 agentkim의 접근 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 철회 시 서버의 토큰은 더 이상 유효하지 않습니다.

agentkim is a single-user personal tool. With explicit OAuth consent it accesses the operator's own Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs and Sheets data solely to organize, summarize, search and draft content for the operator. Data and tokens are stored only on the operator's server and are never sold or shared with third parties; text may be sent to AI model APIs only to perform the requested processing. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked anytime at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
